The Gingerbread Flavour oat milk is another great product from Mighty, and one that definitely adds to the taste of my coffee. The flavour is obvious but not overpowering, and it lasts well after opening.

It's easy to make tho it helps to have a wide mouth jar or bottle. Tastes 'normal' which is a good thing! A bit more beige than other brands but otherwise the same.

Love this milk. It's so creamy !! I have a dairy and yeast allergy and diabetes. This is brilliant in pastry etc. The only thing you cannot do with it is make Instant Whip.
