Shipping Policy
We currently offer free delivery (2-day service) on orders over £28 to UK mainland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland.
Orders under £28
Orders under £28 will incur a delivery charge.
Royal Mail, Evri and FedEx - £4.99
Please expect delivery within 2 – 3 working days.
Refunds
If you've purchased from our M.lk or Protein collections and aren't completely satisfied, or if you've simply had a change of heart, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at customerservice@themightykitchen.com within 21 days of placing your order, with your order details, including your order number and reason for the return. First-time customers only. By claiming your refund, you're confirming that MIGHTY may decline any future orders placed by the same user or to the same delivery address for the same product.
Cancellations
Because orders are fulfilled shortly after they are placed we are unable to cancel deliveries. Please email customerservice@themightykitchen.com if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will do our best to help.
