Where can I buy your M.LKs?
You can buy our Barista Oat and Unsweetened Pea M.LKs in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrison’s, Amazon and Ocado.
You can buy our Oat M.LK Powder in Holland & Barrett, Ocado and Amazon.
A selection of our Plant Protein products are available in Sainsbury’s and Tesco.

Are your products free from gluten?
Our Unsweetened Pea M.LK is free-from gluten. Unfortunately, our products
that contain oats do contain gluten, so aren’t suitable for those wishing to
avoid gluten from their diets
Are your products free from soya?
Unfortunately, we are not able to claim that our products are soya free due to the
cross-contamination risk that is present when farming material yellow split
peas. While we are doing everything we can to mitigate this risk,
cross-contamination can’t be excluded.
Are you products organic?
Unfortunately, our products aren't certified organic at present - but we're looking into how
we can make it happen in the future!
Are your products suitable for children?
Our M.LKs can be introduced as part of a healthy balanced diet from 1 year of age
and suitable as main milk alternative from 2 years
Do your M.LKs contain palm oil?
No, we’re happy to report our products are 100% palm-oil free!
Do you use fluoridated water in your products?
We don’t add fluoride to any of our water supplies; any fluoride present is naturally occurring and well below the maximum level set out in the water quality standards (1.5 mg/l).

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally. We ship to UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland.
How much is shipping? can i get free shipping?
We currently offer free delivery on orders over £28 to UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland. Orders under £28 do incur a delivery charge. EVRI or ROYAL MAIL (Next day delivery) - £4.99EVRI or ROYAL MAIL (2 working days) - £3.99Next day delivery is not available in the following areas, please expect delivery within 2 – 3 working days:Scottish Highlands, Offshore Guernsey & Isle of Wight.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our M.LKs are made using SIG or Tetrapack packaging. This packaging is fully recyclable, but please check your local recycling service to see if they recycle cartons as this may differ from area to area.
Our M.LK and Protein powders are made with recyclable pouches which can be recycled at your
local soft plastic recycling point
Ive received the wrong, faulty or damaged items, what should i do?
We apologise if your delivery has arrived damaged, faulty or the wrong item. This is not common and we understand how frustrating this is.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order within 2 days, however we understand that delays can occur in transit. If you experience any delays that are not resolved by the courier service, please get in touch with info@mightydrinks.com and we will help get your order to you!
Items not received
We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

Where is my order?
We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive.
For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is.
Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.

If you do need to report your order as lost then please contact our Customer Service
When will i receive my refund
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund, then we will refund the price of your item. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
How do i cancel my order?
Because orders are fulfilled shortly after they are placed we are unable to cancel deliveries. Please email info@mightydrinks.com if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will do our best to help.
Can i make changes to my order?
We always try to get orders to you as quickly as we can, meaning orders are dispatched from our warehouse shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we can't make changes to your order.

There is an item missing from my order
We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

My voucher code is not working what can i do?
To redeem your voucher code, firstly fill your basket with all the plant-based goodies, once you get to the checkout you can enter the discount code into the box and it will automatically add the discount to your order

Whats the quickest way to get an answer to my question?

Secondly, depending how quickly you need an answer, use one of the links on the bottom of this page. Below is listed the average response times

What is your refund policy
If you have received the wrong product, or your products are damaged or faulty, please check our returns and refunds information pageherefor more information on our refund policy.
Why do you add vegetable oil to your products?
We add non-GMO sunflower and rapeseed oil to our m.lks to help replicate the nutritional fat content and texture of dairy milk.
We also have a large audience of children with allergies who use our products and have
worked with paediatricians to create a recipe that replicates the benefits of dairy milk (but of course made with only plants!). Many Paediatricians / NHS groups recommend the use of our products.
Where do you source your yellow split peas?
With regards to the Yellow Split Peas we use, this varies throughout the year and
can be different for each production run. Typically, our yellow split peas are
sourced from countries inside the EU when possible.
We encourage sustainable farming and we are always on the lookout for British split peas – we would love it if more farmers produced
split peas in the UK and milled them for protein.

Where can i find your products in-store?

Do I need to keep your M.LKs in the fridge?
Our M.LKs
can be kept in a cool, dry place before they are opened. They need to be
kept refrigerated once opened and consumed within 5 days
How long does your Oat M.LK Powder last once opened?
Our Oat Powder will stay fresh all the way until the best before date on pack,
provided the pack is kept sealed in a cool, moisture free place.
How long does M.LK made with the Powder last once mixed?
We recommend, once mixed, the M.LK is refrigerated and consumed in 1-2 days.
It may require a small shake once it’s been sitting for a while.
