Homemade Hearty Lasagne
1. Fry off your onions for 5 mins until soft
2. Stir in your choice of vegan mince and then the tomatoes, herbs, stock cube and Worcestershire sauce. Leave to simmer for 5 mins
3. In another pan melt your dairy free butter and stir in the flour. Slowly adding Mighty M.lk and stir until thickened. Sprinkle in your dairy free cheese
4. Now it’s time to layer the mince, lasagne sheets and cheese sauce in an oven proof dish
5. Add a final layer of cheese sauce
6. Bake at 200c for 30 mins until golden
