Recipe:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the mighty m.lk and maple syrup then fold in the chocolate chips
  2. Lightly oil a mug and then transfer the mixture into the mug
  3. Heat on high in the microwave for 1-1 + 1/2 minutes
  4. Leave to cool for 3 mins and serve
