Vegan Banana & Chocolate Protein Bread
- Combine the dry ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add the remaining wet ingredients
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until no clumps remain and then fold in the choc chips
- Line a loaf tin with parchment paper
- Spread the mixture evenly into the loaf tin with a spatula
- Cook for 45 - 55 minutes at 175 degrees
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before taking out and cutting into slices
