Vegan Banana & Chocolate Protein Bread

  1. Combine the dry ingredients
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add the remaining wet ingredients
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until no clumps remain and then fold in the choc chips
  4. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the loaf tin with a spatula
  6. Cook for 45 - 55 minutes at 175 degrees
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before taking out and cutting into slices
