Vegan Brandy Butterscotch Sauce

  1. Combine the coconut milk, Mighty M.lk and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a light boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and let the sauce to simmer for 7 -10 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla extract and brandy and simmer for another minute or two.
  4. Let your belting sauce cool a little, as it cools it will thicken up nicely.
  5. Once at your ideal thickness, drizzle all over your fave plant-based pud.
  6. Enjoy!
