Vegan Salted Caramel French Toast
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients and whisk until no lumps remain
- Get the vegan butter melting in a large frying pan on a medium heat
- Dunk your bread into the batter on both sides until completely coated
- Fry your bread and batter slices on each side for 4-5 minutes until the batter is cooked and the bread is a nice golden brown colour
- Dust with icing sugar, drizzle maple syrup and top with your favourite vegan toppings
