Switching your daily M.lk is a leap of faith. We know — we've been there. So if you're new to MIGHTY, try a pack on us. If you don't love it, we'll refund you. No awkward back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through. Here's exactly how it works.
The rules
1. It's for first-time customers only. The guarantee is our way of removing the risk from your first order. If you've bought from MIGHTY before, it doesn't apply.
2. One pack, one refund. Order a 6-pack or a 12-pack of any MIGHTY M.lk. If it's not for you, we'll refund the cost of that pack.
3. If you order more than one pack, we'll refund one. The guarantee covers a single pack per customer (it's a trial, not a bulk-buy insurance policy). Order two packs and change your mind? We'll refund one of them.
4. You have 30 days. The clock starts the day you place your order. After 30 days, the guarantee no longer applies.
5. Requesting a refund means no future orders. By claiming your refund, you're confirming that MIGHTY may decline any future orders placed by the same user or to the same delivery address for the same product. This keeps the offer genuine and fair for the people who'll actually enjoy it.
How to claim your refund
It takes two steps:
- Email our support team at info@mightydrinks.com within 30 days of your order.
- Fill in the short form we'll send you. Once we've got it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
That's it. No returning the product, no photos, no lengthy explanation required.
A note on fair use
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we believe the guarantee is being misused. This guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights under UK law and does not affect them.
