Ultimate Chocolate Protein Powder

I litrally use this as medicine 2-3x a day. I hate hiatus hernia, barrets oesophagus, celiac disease and i live with the most severe reflux imaginable to the point life is unbarable. It was regular for me to avoid eating all day or chose to eat and consume 18 or so rennies a day alomg with gaviscon just to get by. I have found not only can i come off ppis which caused me digestive issues as well mental health issues including depression but ive also been able to eat regular with very limited suffering. I consume this protein with soy milk after food and it gives me about 4 hrs of zero reflux which is not something i usually get to experience. It has improved my quality of life to a point i now nolonger dread the first moment upon waking. Ive also been able to have a full nights sleep without waking up due to severe reflux. I just ensure i drink this protein before sleeping for a guarenteed quality nights sleep. If you are using to it help with reflux which i know many now do then please ensure its the chocolate flavour. I can only assume the berry one is acid in some way as it doesnt give the same sense of relief. This is litrally better than anything currently on the market for reflux control and ive tried it all besides invasive surgery.

Great shake, filling, doesn’t have that horrible bloating that you get with some other shakes! Will buy again

Fancied trying a vegan protein and this was good value and sounded tasty based on the reviews. A few people flagged that it's too sweet though, and I'm inclined to agree. I've got a sweet tooth, but even for me it's a strong flavour. I think it's because it's sweetener rather than sugar, so it's got that slightly synthetic sweetness to it. Still very drinkable in my opinion, and making it with milk dials it down a bit. I've also started adding a scoop of peanut butter powder (PB Fit brand) to it, and that balances it out nicely as well as adding another 7g or so of protein. It blends exceptionally well with milk or water, even just in a basic shaker bottle. Overall I'd definitely recommend it and if the price stays reasonable I'll probably buy it again. I also ordered one of the berry flavour, which has the same pluses and minuses as the chocolate. And pleasingly they sent me the salted caramel in the box too; don't know if that was a mistake or a treat, but again it's the same review for that as the other flavours.
