Have been using this for years- it's the best!

Plant proteins are generally pretty awful tasting and don’t mix well….but not this one! Berry flavour is fantastic and the added vitamins and minerals are a welcome addition!

Pros: Love that this is vegan and has amino acids and some vitamins, in addition to a whopping amount of protein (20g) per serving. I like that this comes in a bag instead of a rigid plastic container. I like that there no scoop (another piece of plastic we don't need). It seems to mix pretty well in a shaker and in smoothies. Cons: The flavor is a pretty sweet and artificial Strawberry flavor. I tend to get vanilla or fruit-flavored protein powders as they mix best with my fruit smoothies. This is a bit to much and the flavor can be dialed down a bit. Also too sweet. That's why I didn't opt for the Salted Carmel flavor. Always happy to give a well rounded vegan protein a try. I like this brand and the powdered oat milk is good ( thinking it would be great to travel with), but I don't know if I would buy this protein powder again, just to the sweetness and flavor factors.

Tastes like a strawberry milkshake, there is a powdery taste. But not bitter
